The prize for the BYOP tourstop on a few weeks from now has the prize listed as "rare redraft." What does this mean?

It means Jason will complain a lot...I mean It means that when the tournament is over all of the rares from the packs are take and laid out on a table and people get to pick rares from what is avaiable in the order of their placing in the tournement. This is sometimes done so that people won't worry about drafting rares for their collection but instead focus on trying to build the best deck they can.

Just as a heads up guys Alliances boosters only contain 12 cards so I am not sure if Eddie will allow them??

Sorry Mo, that'll be hard to do, I put up the tournament as 15 (or 14 cards if the booster is after Shards) card booster packs.

Unless your alliance boosters mysteriously opened and had three extra alliance common cards that you don't know about jumped in...

Yes but Jason you must recall that Eddie as seen above is both easily distracted and easily forgets many conversations. You'll be lucky if he remembers who we are at the tournament. ;)
