~ Players bring their own 3 SEALED booster packs of 12- 15 cards. (from ALA and on, booster packs contains 14 cards and a land. But for our purposes they shall still be legal for play)

~ Any Timeshifted card's rarity will be the card's rarity from it's most recent printing
